Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Our hours are listed on our Locations page.

Q. What is the monthly fee for Share Draft (checking)?
A. There are no per check fees and no monthly fees. And you can check your account balances or information FREE 24 hours a day by going online through our PowerNet It’sMe247 Home Banking or Mobile Banking link or through our telephone connection called PowerLine.

Q. Do I have to maintain a minimum balance in Share (savings)?
A. A $5.00 minimum balance in your share account is required. There is no balance required for the regular checking account.

Q. Can I have my payroll check deposited directly into my Credit Union account?
A. Yes! Simply contact the Credit Union and/or your payroll department for more information.

Q. Will I have to close my account at the Credit Union if I leave my job or relocate?
A. Absolutely not! Remember, "Once a member, always a member"!

Q. Can my family members join the Credit Union?
A. Yes – all relatives are eligible for membership. Contact a credit union representative for further details.

Q. Where may I use my Debit card?
A. Anywhere .you see the logos displayed on the back of your card or where MasterCard is accepted.

Q. How can I check on my account after hours?
A. By using PowerLine, our Audio Response System or PowerNet It’sMe247 Home Banking or Mobile Banking. PowerLine is FREE and allows you access to your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call (877) 628-2447 and follow the prompts. PowerNet It’sMe247 Home Banking and Mobile Banking is also FREE and allows you access, via the internet or mobile device, to your PowerNet account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply log-in through our website or our mobile app.

Q. How long do I have to be a member before I can apply for a loan?
A. There is no waiting period. As a matter of fact, you may become a member, and apply for a loan at the same time.
